
Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and service to our guests. We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced leader who can motivate and inspire our staff to provide the highest levels of hospitality and customer service. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be organized, motivated, and have a passion for delivering the highest quality of service.The ideal candidate must have at least two years of restaurant management experience, and must demonstrate solid knowledge in the areas of staff management, customer service, and food service. In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and must have the ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, management, and clients. A college degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional leadership and service to guests
- Motivate and inspire staff to provide high levels of hospitality and customer service
- Demonstrate solid knowledge in the areas of staff management, customer service, and food service
- Communicate and develop effective working relationships with staff, management, and clients
- Monitor daily operations to ensure quality standards are met
- Train and develop staff in areas of customer service, food service, and operations
- Develop and implement strategies to continually increase customer satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling and payroll processes
- Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations
