Learning Designer

We’re looking for an experienced Learning Designer to join the Red Lobster team and help create engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees. This person will be an integral part of our Learning & Development team, responsible for developing high-quality learning content and programs that support our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and delivering effective learning experiences, a passion for learning, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic organization. Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop high-quality learning and development content and programs that are aligned with organizational goals.
2. Create engaging and effective learning experiences through blended learning approaches, including digital content.
3. Research technological developments in the field of learning and development, and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Utilize learning technologies such as eLearning software and virtual classrooms to deliver training and development programs.
5. Work collaboratively with other members of the Learning & Development team to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to ensure successful completion.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
9. Provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
10. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
