Red Lobster is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to help ensure that our restaurant and corporate facilities are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical and organizational skills to this role, capable of both overseeing maintenance and repair projects and ensuring that day-to-day operations are running smoothly. The Facilities Manager will need to be a reliable team player with a customer service mindset.Qualifications required for this role include: a minimum of 5 years of experience in a facilities management role; a comprehensive knowledge of building maintenance and repair; the ability to plan and manage multiple projects; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A college degree in a related field is preferred, but relevant experience may be substituted.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage multiple maintenance and repair projects for restaurant and corporate facilities.
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Monitor and maintain all building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire safety, and security systems.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and repair costs.
- Recommend and implement cost-savings initiatives.
- Ensure that all safety and regulatory requirements are met.
- Manage and coordinate all contractors and vendors.
- Monitor and control facilities budgets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all tenants.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
