Job Description

Red Lobster is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to help ensure that our restaurant and corporate facilities are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical and organizational skills to this role, capable of both overseeing maintenance and repair projects and ensuring that day-to-day operations are running smoothly. The Facilities Manager will need to be a reliable team player with a customer service mindset.Qualifications required for this role include: a minimum of 5 years of experience in a facilities management role; a comprehensive knowledge of building maintenance and repair; the ability to plan and manage multiple projects; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A college degree in a related field is preferred, but relevant experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and manage multiple maintenance and repair projects for restaurant and corporate facilities.
  2. Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  3. Monitor and maintain all building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire safety, and security systems.
  4. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and repair costs.
  5. Recommend and implement cost-savings initiatives.
  6. Ensure that all safety and regulatory requirements are met.
  7. Manage and coordinate all contractors and vendors.
  8. Monitor and control facilities budgets.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and support to all tenants.
  10. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
