Red Lobster is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team. As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive compensation program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about compensation and enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. You should also have at least 5 years of experience in a compensation-related role and have a strong understanding of compensation philosophies, practices, and laws. Responsibilities of a Compensation Analyst:
- Develop and maintain an effective and comprehensive compensation program that meets the organization’s needs.
- Analyze and review existing compensation policies and practices and recommend improvements.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret compensation-related data to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Develop and implement programs related to job evaluation, salary surveys, and bonus plans.
- Communicate compensation policies and programs to all levels of the organization.
- Ensure payroll system accuracy by auditing and troubleshooting any discrepancies.
- Manage and oversee the organization’s annual salary review process.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and compensation data to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any compensation-related issues.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR-related initiatives.
