In this role, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and implementation of HR technology solutions. You will be a key player in driving the HR technology strategy, and ensuring that our technology solutions support organizational goals.To be successful in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of HR technology, processes, and system development. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field is required. You should also have at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources within a technology-focused role.In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to shape our HR technology strategy and ensure that our services are kept up-to-date. Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and implement HR technology solutions
Drive the HR technology strategy and ensure that solutions support organizational goals
Monitor the performance of HR technology and take corrective action when necessary
Ensure HR services are kept up-to-date
Work with internal teams to ensure that HR technology solutions are implemented properly
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure quality of HR technology solutions
Train staff on the proper use of HR technology
Manage and troubleshoot any technical issues related to HR technology
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the efficient use of HR technology
Provide technical support to staff on HR technology-related issues
