1. Develop and implement innovative cloud strategies for telco customers, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect complex cloud solutions for the telecommunications industry.
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the telco and cloud industry to continuously improve and enhance our offerings.
4. Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and provide recommendations for the most effective and efficient cloud solutions.
5. Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of telco cloud projects.
6. Provide technical guidance and expertise to internal and external teams throughout the entire cloud solution lifecycle.
7. Proactively identify and address potential technical issues and risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
8. Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
9. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support the pre-sales process by providing technical expertise and solutions.
10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing telco cloud solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
11. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their technical skills and knowledge in telco cloud architecture.
12. Maintain strong relationships with telco customers and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their satisfaction and success with our solutions.
13. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
