
Technical Support Engineer-Openstack

- Provide technical support to customers and partners using our open source solutions, specifically Openstack.
- Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Openstack technology, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product functionality.
- Clearly and effectively communicate technical solutions to customers and partners.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our support systems.
- Conduct trainings and workshops for customers and partners on Openstack technology.
- Continuously improve and develop technical skills and knowledge in Openstack and related technologies.
- Identify and escalate any recurring or critical issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to customers.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve product functionality and user experience.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure their success with our solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in open source technology.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Red Hat, promoting our values, solutions, and services.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Openstack Technologies, Including Installation, Configuration, And Troubleshooting.
Experience With Linux Operating Systems, Particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Strong Networking Skills, Including Knowledge Of Tcp/Ip, Dns, And Routing Protocols.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues For Clients.
