- Lead Developer Productivity Initiatives: The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for spearheading and overseeing all developer productivity initiatives within the organization. This includes developing strategic plans, setting timelines and goals, and ensuring successful implementation.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: The Technical Project Manager will work closely with various teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to identify project requirements, align priorities, and ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Manage Project Timelines and Budget: It will be the responsibility of the Technical Project Manager to create and manage project timelines, ensuring that all projects are completed within the set budget and deadlines.

Strong Technical Background: A Technical Project Manager For Developer Productivity At Red Hat Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Tools, As Well As Experience In Coding And Building Software Projects. This Technical Expertise Will Enable Them To Effectively Manage And Support The Development Team's Productivity.
Project Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Technical Or Software Development Environment. They Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Ability To Lead And Manage Complex Projects, Track Progress, And Meet Deadlines.
