  9. Proactively identify opportunities to grow and expand client relationships and drive business growth.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide client feedback and contribute to the development of new products and services.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and technical support provided.
  12. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including client satisfaction, retention, and revenue goals.
  13. Represent Red Hat in a professional and positive manner to clients, partners, and industry events.
  14. Continuously improve and develop skills and knowledge through training and self-learning to stay current with new technologies and best practices.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure client compliance with software licensing and support agreements.
