Job Description

Are you a skilled Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in CPQ and Certina? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Red Hat! As a Sr. Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Professional Services Automation (PSA) system. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and has a passion for solving complex business problems.   1. Perform analysis and evaluation of current business processes and systems to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  3. Utilize expertise in CPQ and Certina to configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs and improve efficiency.
  4. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the PSA system, ensuring data integrity and system stability.
  6. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
  7. Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation of new features and enhancements.
  8. Provide training and support to end-users on new system functionalities and processes.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Salesforce and PSA systems to continuously improve processes and systems.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and PSA systems, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Salesforce Cpq And Certina: A Sr. Salesforce Business Systems Analyst For This Role Should Have In-Depth Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Salesforce Cpq And Certina. This Includes Configuring, Testing, And Troubleshooting These Systems To Meet Business Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Professional Services Automation (Psa) Tools: Red Hat Requires A Sr. Salesforce Business Systems Analyst Who Is Well-Versed In Psa Tools, Specifically In The Context Of Salesforce. This Includes Experience With Project Management, Resource Management, And Invoicing Functionalities.

  • Strong Understanding Of Business Processes: As A Sr. Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, It Is Crucial To Have A Deep Understanding Of Business Processes, Particularly In The Context Of Cpq, Certina, And Psa. This Includes The Ability To Analyze And Optimize Existing Processes, As Well As The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Functional Specifications.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex System Issues, As Well As The Ability To Provide Recommendations For Process Improvements.

  • Salesforce Certifications: Red Hat Requires A Sr. Salesforce Business Systems Analyst To Hold Relevant Salesforce Certifications, Such As Salesforce Certified Cpq Specialist And/Or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator. These Certifications Demonstrate A Comprehensive Understanding Of The Salesforce Platform And Its Capabilities.
