3. Serve as a subject matter expert on Red Hat technologies and provide guidance and recommendations to clients.
4. Keep current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and enhance solutions.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
6. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
7. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solutions, providing timely and effective solutions.
9. Provide training and support to clients on Red Hat technologies and solutions.

11. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
