- Lead and manage a team of solution architects in Saudi Arabia.
- Provide technical expertise and strategic guidance to clients in the region.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in open source technology.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical and leadership skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the global Solution Architect team to share best practices and drive consistency across regions.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and manage resources effectively.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Red Hat's product portfolio and continuously enhance knowledge through training and self-study.
- Collaborate with the HR team to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent in the region.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure team members do the same.
- Act as an ambassador for Red Hat, promoting our open source values and culture.
Extensive Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex It Solutions In A Leadership Role, Preferably Within The Saudi Arabian Market.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Red Hat's Product Portfolio, Including Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat Openstack Platform, And Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
Proven Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Solution Architects, With The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members To Achieve Their Full Potential.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Customers.
In-Depth Understanding Of The Saudi Arabian It Landscape, Including Regulatory Requirements, Industry Trends, And Competitive Landscape.
