- Manage client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for technical issues and inquiries related to the OpenShift platform.

- Provide expert guidance: Act as a subject matter expert on the OpenShift platform and provide knowledgeable guidance to clients on its usage, capabilities, and best practices.

Extensive Experience With Red Hat Openshift: As A Senior Technical Account Manager, Openshift, It Is Essential To Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Red Hat Openshift, Including Its Architecture, Deployment, And Troubleshooting Processes.
Strong Technical Background: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Strong Technical Background, Including A Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field, As Well As Relevant Certifications In Cloud Computing And Containerization.
