- Work closely with partners and customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions utilizing Red Hat products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for building and maintaining successful partnerships.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners and customers, providing timely and effective support and guidance.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and value of Red Hat solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovation.
- Act as a technical advisor for the sales team, providing expertise and insights to help close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures, best practices, and case studies.
