- Design and implement advanced AI solutions on the OpenShift platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Utilize DevOps principles to streamline processes and improve efficiency in AI development and deployment.
- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in machine learning and AI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during development and deployment.
- Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to ensure smooth integration of AI models.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior MLOps engineers.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of AI solutions.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to enhance the AI capabilities on the OpenShift platform.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to AI.

Extensive Experience With Openshift And Ai Technologies: A Senior Mlops Engineer At Red Hat Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Openshift And Its Capabilities, As Well As Experience With Various Ai Technologies Such As Machine Learning And Natural Language Processing.
Strong Devops Background: As The Role Involves Managing The Deployment And Operations Of Ai Models, A Strong Background In Devops Is Essential. This Includes Proficiency In Tools Such As Git, Jenkins, And Ansible, As Well As Experience With Ci/Cd Pipelines.
Knowledge Of Containerization And Orchestration: Red Hat's Openshift Platform Is Built On Containerization And Orchestration Technologies Such As Docker And Kubernetes. A Senior Mlops Engineer Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Concepts And Be Able To Effectively Deploy And Manage Applications On These Platforms.
Experience With Cloud Computing: Red Hat's Openshift Ai Services Are Hosted On Various Cloud Platforms, Such As Aws And Azure. A Senior Mlops Engineer Should Have Experience With These Cloud Environments And Be Comfortable Working With Cloud-Based Services And Tools.
