- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of our internal control systems.
- Identify potential risks and make recommendations for improvement.
- Plan and execute audit procedures in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas of concern or potential risk.
- Communicate audit findings to relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations for corrective action.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance in all audit activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor control improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Train and mentor junior auditors to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Internal Audit, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Professional Certification, Such As Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Or Certified Public Accountant (Cpa).
Strong Knowledge Of Internal Control Concepts, Risk Assessment Practices, And Audit Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
