  1. Lead the integration of artificial intelligence and hardware acceleration technologies into Red Hat's products and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy AI and hardware acceleration solutions.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in AI and hardware acceleration technologies.
  4. Conduct research and feasibility studies to identify potential applications and use cases for AI and hardware acceleration in Red Hat's products and services.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise in AI and hardware acceleration.
  6. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, implementation guides, and user manuals.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI and hardware acceleration integration.
  9. Collaborate with product management to define and prioritize AI and hardware acceleration integration requirements.
  10. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI and hardware acceleration integration.
  11. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the integration process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Participate in conferences, workshops, and other industry events to stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and hardware acceleration.
  14. Mentor and coach junior engineers to help them develop their skills and knowledge in AI and hardware acceleration.
  15. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote Red Hat's AI and hardware acceleration capabilities to clients and prospects.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Ai And Hardware Accelerator Technologies - The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Artificial Intelligence And Hardware Accelerator Technologies, Including Knowledge Of Popular Frameworks Such As Tensorflow, Pytorch, And Caffe.

  • Strong Programming Skills - A Senior Integration Engineer At Red Hat Should Possess Strong Programming Skills In Languages Such As Python, Java, And C++, As Well As Experience With Data Structures And Algorithms.

  • Proficiency In Linux And Open-Source Software - Red Hat Is A Leading Provider Of Open-Source Software, So Familiarity With Linux And Open-Source Technologies Is A Must For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience With Containerization Tools Like Docker And Kubernetes.

  • Experience With Integration And Deployment - The Senior Integration Engineer Will Be Responsible For Integrating Ai And Hardware Accelerator Technologies Into Red Hat's Product Offerings And Deploying Them In A Production Environment. Therefore, Experience With Integration And Deployment Tools Such As Ansible And Jenkins Is Essential.
