Actively manage complex projects to successful completion from initiation through delivery and closure. Collaborate with stakeholders and project team to create a project plan that delivers the scope from an approved business case Report on the project's status and tracking to the overall timeline, cost and scope delivery. Facilitates stakeholder identification, team updates, Steering Committee meetings, and Go/No Go decisions. Create and maintain project artifacts, including plan, change requests. Proactively raise risks and issues that can or will impact the project's delivery. Ensure that adequate change management and communication plans have been created for the project and incorporated into the overall project plan. Enable Project Management (PMR) business controls on all projects. Contribute to the project methodology and standardization.
