  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address the specific needs of the automotive industry.

  7. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.

  10. Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.

  12. Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all work.
  13. Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and successes to team members and leadership.
  14. Stay organized and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With A Focus On Developing Tools For The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Java, And Python, As Well As Experience With Software Development Tools And Frameworks.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Maintaining Complex Software Systems For Automotive Applications, With A Deep Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Lead Projects From Conception To Completion.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Automotive Software Development Processes And Methodologies, As Well As Experience With Embedded Systems And Real-Time Operating Systems.
