Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Project Management: The Principal Project Manager - Technical Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Be Well-Versed In Project Management Methodologies And Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Technical Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Technical Background: As A Principal Project Manager - Technical, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Technical Domains, Such As Software Development, Cloud Computing, And Data Analytics. They Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Technical Teams And Have A Strong Grasp Of Technical Concepts To Effectively Lead And Manage Technical Projects.

  • Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Have Demonstrated Leadership Skills In Their Previous Roles. They Should Be Able To Inspire And Motivate Their Team, Set Clear Objectives, And Provide Guidance And Support To Ensure Project Success. The Principal Project Manager - Technical Should Also Be Able To Effectively Manage Conflicts And Make Difficult Decisions When Necessary.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Role Of A Principal Project Manager - Technical Involves Working With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Clients. The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And Be Able To Build Strong Relationships With Team Members And Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Present Complex Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Project Management Certification: A Certification In Project Management, Such As Pmp Or Prince2, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. It Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Understanding Of Project Management Principles, Processes, And Best Practices.
