Principal Business Systems Analyst

In this role, you will serve as the point of contact between stakeholders and development teams. Your primary focus will be to partner with business teams and translate their business needs to technical requirements. Develop business case documents, business processes diagrams, and use cases. Analyze business requirements for gap analysis and root cause analysis. Create and manage user stories, and other requirement documentation as needed. Work on day-to-day support cases and prioritize requests based on business needs Work with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies. Provide user acceptance testing (UAT) testing support prior to each release cycle. Manage customer relationships and day-to-day interactions and escalations.
