
People Coordinator, HR Shared Services Center

- Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from employees and leaders within the organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and information in HR systems.
- Process employee changes, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientations and exit interviews.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits and leave programs.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and HR business partners, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Continuously review and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive employee information.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hr Operations, Preferably In A Shared Services Center Environment
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Procedures, Including Employee Onboarding, Benefits Administration, And Employment Laws
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Employees At All Levels Within The Organization
Proficiency In Hris And Other Hr Technology Platforms, With The Ability To Analyze And Report On Data To Support Decision-Making.
