The ideal candidate has experience working with enterprise customers, a deep understanding of cloud technologies, and a history of working in a structured, customer-facing account management role.The Partner Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Red Hat's partner ecosystem, providing technical expertise to our partners, and ensuring customer success. They will be accountable for ensuring our partners have a successful customer experience and that they are taking full advantage of Red Hat's products and services. This role requires excellent customer service, communication, and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and the ability to provide technical guidance to our partners. They should have a deep understanding of cloud technologies, understand customer pain points, have a consultative approach to problem solving, and be able to influence customer decision-making. Additionally, they should be able to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, operations, and marketing.
