Red Hat is seeking a highly motivated Partner Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our partner benefits and tier program, ensuring that our partners receive the support and resources they need to succeed.   1. Develop and manage the partner benefits and tier program to ensure it aligns with company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies for partners.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for partners and provide support to help them achieve their business goals.
  4. Analyze partner performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster a collaborative and productive partnership.
  6. Work with internal teams to develop and implement partner training and enablement programs.
  7. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the partner program remains competitive and relevant.
  8. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  9. Communicate program updates, changes, and new initiatives to partners in a clear and timely manner.
  10. Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to identify areas for improvement and recognize successes.
  11. Develop and implement strategies to recruit and onboard new partners.
  12. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with partners in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and make recommendations for improvements to the partner program.
  14. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners.
  15. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the partner program.
  16. Provide regular reports and updates on the performance of the partner program to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Partner Program Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Successful Partner Programs, Including Developing And Executing Program Strategies, Tracking Program Performance, And Managing Partner Relationships.

  • Experience In Benefits And Tier Management: The Partner Program Manager Should Have Experience In Developing And Managing Partner Benefits And Tier Structures, Including Creating Incentive Programs, Managing Partner Levels, And Tracking Partner Performance Against Tier Criteria.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Internal Stakeholders, Including Sales, Marketing, And Finance Teams, As Well As External Partners. The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication And Relationship-Building Skills To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Analytical And Data-Driven Mindset: The Partner Program Manager Will Be Responsible For Analyzing Program Data, Identifying Trends, And Making Data-Driven Decisions To Optimize Partner Performance. Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Interpret Data To Inform Program Strategy Are Essential For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of The Technology Industry: Red Hat Operates In The Fast-Paced And Ever-Evolving Technology Industry. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of The Technology Landscape, Including Cloud Computing, Open-Source Software, And Emerging Trends, To Effectively Manage And Drive Growth In The Partner Program.
