- Build and maintain strong relationships with key telecommunications partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and success with partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new partnership opportunities and potential areas for growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Keep updated on industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations to partners.
- Create and deliver presentations and reports to communicate partnership updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage partner contracts and agreements.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on partner strategies and goals.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner activities and performance.
- Identify and address any potential risks or challenges in partnerships.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Uphold the company's values and represent Red Hat in a professional manner at all times.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the overall partner experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management In The Telecommunications Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Partner Relationships.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Familiarity With Open Source Software And Understanding Of The Telecommunications Market Trends And Challenges.
