Junior Python Automation Engineer - RHEL and High Availability (Brno Office, Czech Republic)

- Develop and maintain Python scripts for automating processes and tasks related to RHEL and High Availability solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to existing automation processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to automation scripts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in automation to continuously improve our processes.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions through automation.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and accuracy of automation processes.
- Document all automation processes and procedures for future reference.
- Provide technical support and assistance to team members and clients regarding automation processes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of automation scripts.
- Continuously improve and optimize automation processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation processes into different systems and applications.
- Train and mentor junior team members on automation best practices and techniques.
- Participate in team meetings and share knowledge and insights to contribute to the overall growth of the team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality protocols.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues related to automation processes.
Proficiency In Python Programming Language: A Junior Python Automation Engineer At Red Hat Should Have Strong Skills In Python, As It Is The Primary Language Used For Automation Tasks In The Company.
Knowledge Of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (Rhel): The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Rhel, Including Its Architecture, Command-Line Tools, And Administration. This Is Essential For Developing Automation Scripts For Rhel-Based Systems.
Experience With Automation Tools And Frameworks: Red Hat Uses Various Automation Tools And Frameworks Such As Ansible, Puppet, And Chef. Candidates Should Have Experience With At Least One Of These Tools And Be Familiar With Automation Best Practices.
Understanding Of High Availability (Ha) Concepts: As Red Hat Specializes In Enterprise Solutions, The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Ha Concepts And How To Implement Them In Rhel-Based Environments.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Automation Engineers At Red Hat Are Responsible For Identifying And Troubleshooting Complex Issues. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Find Solutions.
