IT Learning & Development Program Manager

Create training, reskilling, and development programs by working closely with IT leadership to understand skill gaps and address critical needs. Build partnership with the People (HR) team’s Red Hat University (RHU) and Training team, acting as a key contact for IT. Provide support for global IT associates through consistent onboarding activities, information about and access to training and growth opportunities, and easy access to resources Manage and maintain the IT Learning Bundles, which serve as a resource for IT associates to learn about various roles, core skills, or technologies. Lead the IT Manager Community in partnership with the IT Workforce Enablement Lead; engage IT managers and aspiring managers in a community setting so they can learn from and be supported by each other. Provide training and orientation materials, including presentations and supplemental materials, for the IT portion of the Red Hat New Hire Orientation.
