- Develop and maintain relationships with existing enterprise accounts to understand their business needs and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Utilize strong sales techniques and strategies to prospect and qualify potential new enterprise clients.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the competitive landscape and position Red Hat's solutions as the best fit for the client's needs.
- Present and demonstrate Red Hat's products and solutions to potential clients, highlighting their unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the organization.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Red Hat's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to sales management.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and share best practices with the sales team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Software Sales, Preferably In The Open Source Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Focus On Building And Maintaining Long-Term Relationships With Clients.
Strong Understanding Of The Enterprise Sales Process, Including Lead Generation, Prospecting, And Closing Deals.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Articulate The Value Of Red Hat's Solutions To C-Level Executives.
Deep Knowledge Of The Enterprise Technology Landscape, Including Cloud Computing, Devops, And Digital Transformation Trends.
