DevOps Architect

Red Hat is looking for an experienced DevOps Architect to join our dynamic team. We’re seeking an individual who is passionate about ensuring the success of our DevOps initiatives, and who has the technical expertise and leadership skills to be a key contributor to our team. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in DevOps architecture and related technologies, with a proven track record of developing and delivering DevOps solutions. They must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to best practices and collaboration.Required qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- 5+ years of experience in DevOps architecture, platform engineering, and related technologies- Experience leading DevOps initiatives, and developing and implementing automation solutions- Thorough understanding of development and operations processes, and the ability to bridge the gap between the two- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills- Ability to develop, optimize, and maintain DevOps processes- A proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration- Experience with cloud computing and containerization technologies (such as Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus
