Job Description

Conduct, host, and carry out customer events at Red Hat locations and virtually targeting engineering and product teams and relevant themes. Help plan and facilitate focus groups for various teams across Red Hat. Support existing communication plans that identify channels and promote events across internal corporate communications, Products and Technologies (PnT) managers, site leads, and others. Influence and coach cross-functional teams of internal stakeholders to be more involved in customer experience-related activities Take a leadership mentality for CX strategy as a discipline. Design, develop, and manage a program roadmap that delivers on business goals. Project manage initiatives for future state, cross-channel customer experience improvements, and develop strategies aligned to that vision. Engage with stakeholders on customer feedback and results related to their areas of responsibility, focusing on success metrics, stories, and related return on investment (ROI).

Job Qualifications
  • Demonstrated analytical background with proven record for structuring and solving problems, drawing conclusions

  • Background in event planning or event management, ideally of a technical or customer experience nature

  • Program management experience preferred

Compensation
