- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for Red Hat's consulting services offerings in the Northeastern U.S.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and promote the value of our open source technology solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with potential clients to expand our customer base.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure exceptional customer service and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and consulting services, to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the market.
- Meet with key stakeholders and decision-makers to present our consulting services offerings and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to increase sales performance.
- Represent Red Hat at industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand.
- Act as a subject matter expert on open source technology and its benefits for businesses, both internally and externally.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and contribute to the overall success of Red Hat's consulting services business.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In A Consulting Services Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of The Northeastern U.s. Market And Experience In Developing Sales Strategies For This Region.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
