1. Utilize expertise in containerization and Kubernetes to help clients modernize their application development and delivery processes.
2. Provide strategic guidance, technical support, and hands-on training to clients on the implementation and optimization of the OpenShift Container Platform.
3. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in open source technology, particularly in the areas of containerization and Kubernetes.
6. Work with the Red Hat team to continuously improve and enhance the OpenShift Container Platform.
7. Assist in the resolution of technical issues and troubleshooting for clients.
8. Contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and methodologies for containerization and Kubernetes.
9. Provide thought leadership and actively participate in the open source community to promote the adoption and growth of open source technology.
10. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and assist in the development of proposals and presentations.
11. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor for their open source technology needs.
12. Act as a mentor for junior team members and share knowledge and expertise to help them grow.
13. Represent Red Hat at industry events, conferences, and meetups to showcase the company's expertise and thought leadership.
14. Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the OpenShift Container Platform for clients, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Red Hat team by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge and expertise, and promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
