- Develop and execute business strategies in alignment with Red Hat's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Monitor and track market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluate and recommend new business opportunities that align with Red Hat's mission and values.
- Create and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, backed by thorough analysis and data.
- Work with sales teams to develop incentive programs that drive revenue and profitability.
- Analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of incentive programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to continuously improve and innovate Red Hat's business strategy.
- Act as a mentor and thought leader for junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and consistency in business strategy.
- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of business strategies, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all business activities and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
