  1. Provide technical support to customers using Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes solution.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Kubernetes environments.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers to gather information and understand their needs.
  5. Analyze customer environments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our support system.
  7. Stay updated on the latest developments and updates related to Kubernetes and Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management.
  8. Continuously learn and develop skills to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
  9. Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating technical articles and guides.
  10. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve customer support processes.
  11. Work closely with product development teams to provide customer feedback and suggest improvements.
  12. Proactively identify and escalate potential issues and trends to senior engineers.
  13. Provide on-call support for urgent customer issues as needed.
  14. Follow established support procedures and maintain service level agreements.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Kubernetes: A Strong Understanding Of Kubernetes Architecture, Components, And Troubleshooting Techniques Is Essential For This Role. Experience With Red Hat Openshift Is Also Highly Desired.

  • Linux System Administration: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Linux Operating Systems, Including Administration, Networking, And Security. Knowledge Of Red Hat Enterprise Linux Is Preferred.

  • Technical Troubleshooting Skills: The Ability To Diagnose And Resolve Complex Technical Issues In A Timely Manner Is Crucial For This Role. Experience With Troubleshooting Techniques, Tools, And Methodologies Is A Must.

  • Customer Service Orientation: As An Associate Technical Support Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Provide Exceptional Customer Service And Support. Strong Communication Skills, Patience, And The Ability To Work Well Under Pressure Are Important Qualities For Success In This Position.

  • Red Hat Certifications: Red Hat Certifications, Such As Red Hat Certified System Administrator (Rhcsa) Or Red Hat Certified Engineer (Rhce), Are Highly Valued For This Role. They Demonstrate A Deep Understanding Of Red Hat Technologies And A Commitment To Continuous Learning And Development.
