Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Management Position.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Software Development Processes And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Scrum.
Proficiency In One Or More Programming Languages, Such As Java, Python, Or C++.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, And The Ability To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With A Team Of Engineers.
