This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of software engineering professionals while working on innovative, cutting-edge projects.The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leading and developing teams. They will have the ability to think strategically and to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience; 5+ years of engineering experience in software development, scripting, and system automation; and experience in leading and managing a software engineering team.We are looking for someone with the enthusiasm and drive to lead a talented team to success.
