  1. Drive the growth and adoption of Ansible automation technology within the commercial customer base.
  2. Utilize technical knowledge and understanding of the IT industry to provide expertise and solutions to customers.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling Ansible software solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and challenges for Ansible sales.
  6. Collaborate with the Commercial team to develop sales strategies and initiatives to increase market share and revenue.
  7. Provide technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of Ansible technology to potential customers.
  8. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential customers and new markets for Ansible.
  9. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Ansible software solutions.
  10. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development to gather customer feedback and improve Ansible offerings.
  11. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
  12. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  13. Continuously develop and enhance sales skills and product knowledge to effectively promote Ansible solutions.
  14. Represent Red Hat and its values, culture, and brand in all interactions with customers, partners, and the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Technology Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of The Ansible Automation Platform And Its Capabilities

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
