- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the government and utilities sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Kuwait and Bahrain.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and deliver excellent results for clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Red Hat's products and services to potential clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.
- Continuously build and expand knowledge of the government and utilities sectors, including regulations and policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and messaging for the government and utilities sectors.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to management.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges in the sales process.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Government & Utilities team at Red Hat.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Government And Utilities Sector
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of The Technology Industry, Particularly In Open Source Solutions
Fluency In English And Arabic, With Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts, With A Focus On Building Long-Term Relationships And Driving Revenue Growth.
