
Talent Systems Specialist
The Talent Systems Specialist will ensure that Red Bull maximizes the capabilities of its existing talent systems (HRIS) portfolio while also exploring new solutions to drive efficiency for the Talent team and provide a premium user experience for candidates, managers, and employees. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders. Identify and address areas of opportunity within talent systems to improve user experience and drive efficiency. Develop system training to onboard new Talent team members. Partner with the global HR, HRIS and IT teams to ensure global enhancements and changes meet local
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HRIS project management, administration and implementation
Deep understanding of HR and payroll processes and programs
Proven experience in supporting enterprise system integrations
