Job Description

Provide change management support including creating timelines, communication plans, and employee movement documents. Be the central contact for Talent Centers of Excellence rollouts. Conduct exit interviews, identify trends and recommend action plans to TBPs. Provide feedback & coach managers and employees on using internal Talent tools (onboarding, development, compensation, succession, and performance management. Support strengths-based approach to people management and development. Support TBPs with training facilitation and preparation of materials. Partner with TBP team on engagement survey processes including generating distribution lists, communication and implementation plan. Ensure and enforce compliance with all Federal and State laws.
