
Regional Sales Manager, Vending

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets for Red Bull vending products.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive sales and distribution in the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with potential clients and securing new accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential sales opportunities and make recommendations for product and marketing strategies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to ensure sales team members are meeting their targets and continuously improving.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage and monitor the budget for the regional sales team, ensuring cost-effective strategies and efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously develop and implement new sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent Red Bull at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the brand.
- Foster a positive and motivational work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration within the sales team.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Vending Or Beverage Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Distributors.
Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Train A Sales Team.
