
On Premise Distribution Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an On Premise Distribution Manager at Red Bull. As a global leader in the energy drink market, Red Bull is constantly seeking new ways to expand our reach and deliver our products to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of Red Bull products to on premise locations such as bars, clubs, and restaurants. - Develop and implement strategic plans for on premise distribution in order to meet company goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee the distribution of Red Bull products to on premise locations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with key on premise accounts, including bars, clubs, and restaurants, to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Conduct regular market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels at all times.
- Train and mentor a team of distribution staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively carry out their duties.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and support on premise events and activations.
- Develop and maintain a budget for on premise distribution and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for increasing efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations related to distribution.
- Represent Red Bull at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and build relationships with potential customers.
- Continuously seek out new distribution opportunities and partnerships to expand the reach of Red Bull products in the on premise market.
- Provide regular reports to upper management on distribution performance, market trends, and any issues or challenges faced.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the Red Bull brand and effectively communicate its values and mission to customers and partners.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with team members, customers, and partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Sales And Distribution Management, Preferably In The Beverage Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team And Drive Results.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Knowledge Of On Premise Distribution Channels And Experience In Developing And Executing Sales Strategies.
