- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail store personnel to ensure product availability and visibility.

- Implement merchandising guidelines and standards set by Red Bull to maintain brand consistency.
- Monitor competitors' products and merchandising strategies to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
- Train and educate store personnel on Red Bull products and merchandising standards.
- Keep accurate records of sales data, inventory levels, and store visits for reporting purposes.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to provide feedback and recommendations for improving sales and merchandising strategies.
- Continuously identify and implement new merchandising techniques to increase sales and enhance the Red Bull brand.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Red Bull in stores and with store personnel.
- Adhere to all safety and company policies and procedures while performing merchandising duties.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required by Red Bull to stay updated on product knowledge and merchandising techniques.
Demonstrated Experience In Retail Merchandising: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have Previous Experience In Merchandising, Ideally Within A Retail Environment. This Includes Knowledge Of Product Placement, Inventory Management, And Visual Merchandising Techniques.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Part-Time Merchandiser, You Will Be Required To Work Independently And Communicate Effectively With Store Managers And Staff. The Ability To Build Positive Relationships And Effectively Convey Information Is Crucial To Success In This Role.
Physical Fitness And Ability To Lift Up To 50 Pounds: This Role Requires Physical Activity, Including Moving And Lifting Cases Of Red Bull Products. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Lift Up To 50 Pounds Without Assistance.
Attention To Detail And Strong Organizational Skills: As A Merchandiser, You Will Be Responsible For Maintaining Accurate Inventory Levels And Ensuring All Red Bull Products Are Properly Displayed.
