
Manager, Social Media
Build and Implement social media plans for Red Bull USA main channels across all platforms with an end of goal of growing audiences and promoting and covering Red Bull live events & other initiatives via social channels. Enable opinion leaders, athletes, artists, broadcasters, and participants to be part of the dialogue through scalable social tactics. Develop opportunities to align social media and can objectives. Work with the insights & owned team to track audience metrics and adjust/optimize our content and strategies accordingly. Establish and maintain rules of engagement for working with communities that require social media support. Build, maintain and evolve social media standards between Red Bull and its key communities. Investigate and evaluate social platforms, tools, and services against business goals and deliver formalized reports that are actionable.
5+ years of experience in storytelling/campaign-driven social media; experience in managed and owned channels a plus
Experience with social platform CMS, capabilities, live streaming, copyright management
Knowledge of audience analytics, audience development, and the ability to understand and learn from data
Prior experience managing a team of social media experts
