
Manager, Media
Develop integrated media strategies and tactical plans for National and Local advertising campaigns working with our agency partners to achieve efficient plans. Oversee daily campaign management including media optimizations, budget shifts, and performance monitoring. Work cross-functionally to ensure integration of Paid, Owned and Earned media. Manage the media agency (including: Media Strategy/Planning/Buying, TV/Video, Programmatic, Social, Search, OOH) to develop plans that meet our goals. Ensure ongoing campaign monitoring and optimization, ensuring essential insights are delivered and used to strengthen our plans. Provide coaching for Media Specialist to support growth. Motivate team in the execution of their campaigns, encouraging them to meet and surpass their goals.
6+ years Media/Advertising experience within an agency and brand
Hands-on experience with all media channels and integrated media planning
Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and with agency partners
