  1. Develop and execute creative and engaging game presentation and entertainment concepts for live sporting events and other high-profile activations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and high-quality execution of game presentation and entertainment elements.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of game presentation and entertainment staff to deliver top-notch experiences for fans.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the Red Bull brand and fan experience.
  5. Manage and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to secure necessary resources for game presentation and entertainment initiatives.
  6. Create and manage budgets for game presentation and entertainment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  7. Oversee the planning and logistics for game presentation and entertainment elements, including scheduling, rehearsals, and equipment.
  8. Work closely with the marketing and sponsorship teams to integrate brand messaging and activations into game presentation and entertainment.
  9. Evaluate and analyze the success of game presentation and entertainment initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement and future strategies.
  10. Represent Red Bull at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative and cutting-edge game presentation and entertainment strategies.

  • Extensive Experience In Event Planning And Execution: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Planning And Executing Large-Scale Events, Preferably In The Sports Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Manager, Game Presentation & Entertainment, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Event Staff And Coordinating With Various Departments Within Red Bull. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills Are Essential.

  • Creative And Innovative Mindset: Red Bull Is Known For Its Innovative And Cutting-Edge Marketing Campaigns, And The Manager, Game Presentation & Entertainment Should Be Able To Bring Fresh And Creative Ideas To The Table For Game Presentations And Entertainment At Events.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Stakeholders, Sponsors, And Event Attendees. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Convey Messages And Build Relationships.
