Job Description

Develop necessary training needs for Foodservice Distribution Managers (FDMs) and Musketeer Scouts focused on driving outlet and distribution growth. Assess current training portfolio agreement on priorities and adjust/enhance. Provide detailed recaps of market visits and in-class trainings to attendees and managers to help improve capabilities and maximize strengths. Help lead the Aviator program and act as the main SaMo liaison along with Talent to roll out and develop Aviators in the Regions. Evaluate portfolio of onboarding materials and update. Manage RBNA annual On Premise calendar and delivery timeline based on important organizational milestones including new hires, ongoing and progressive training, annual meetings and main market moments. Main liaison with Global On Premise on Field Sales and Training topics to centralize and adapt Global strategies and tools to RBNA.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of On Premise industry knowledge is required

  • 3+ years sales training experience in CPG industry

  • Experience developing programming in On Premise outlets to lead repeat purchase

  • Experience developing training programs that push overachievement against plan and outpacing competition.
