- Develop and implement innovative field marketing strategies that align with the overall brand objectives and target consumer demographics.
- Utilize market research and data analysis to identify key insights and trends, and translate them into actionable plans for the field marketing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of field marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform future marketing strategies and tactics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and local communities, to identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
- Set and track KPIs for field marketing campaigns, and provide regular reporting and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and allocate budget for field marketing initiatives, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
- Lead and inspire a team of field marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive performance and achieve goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in field marketing, and proactively bring new ideas and innovations to the team.
- Represent the brand at events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote Red Bull's field marketing initiatives and build relationships within the industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Marketing Research Or Insights Role.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Experience In Data Analysis And Market Research Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Insights And Recommendations To Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Experience In Successfully Managing And Leading A Team, With A Track Record Of Driving Results And Achieving Targets.
