Manager, Corporate Communications
The manager will own from start to finish: securing content, writing and editing, organizing into newsletter form, and distributing across the organization. This team member must be proactive to maintain relationships across the org and mine for good stories to share and highlight! Writing executive messaging and comms and all-organization communication memos. Managing employee databases and owning all execution elements to ensure everyone receives timely information (calendar invites, Newsflash alerts with updates that can’t wait for weekly newsletter, etc.). Producing quarterly all-org meetings led by the Leadership Team. Hiring and overseeing production crews/elements as necessary.
6+ years of internal comms experience at a large brand with multiple units to communicate across
Outgoing and ready to build relationships across the organization
Strong track record of bringing employees together through internal comms
Able to travel as needed; work flexible hours/days of week and weekends
