
Manager Content Insights - Culture Network
Delivering insight and giving recommendations to inform the brand and culture network team as well as key stakeholders. Leading the analysis of earned, managed and owned media (including print/online publications). Analyzing program/content performance across social/digital platforms, giving insight into industry trends and competitors. Deliver insight to key stakeholders which informs the development and strategy of future projects during BP and quarterly/monthly check ins. Manage and up-level team members through coaching, mentoring, and best practice sharing while supporting growth in individual’s analytic skill sets. Build and maintain relationships with Red Bull HQ counterparts and stakeholders in order to effectively align Global and U.S. culture media network strategy and goals. Include the whole suite (EMO) of insights into deep dive reporting of priority projects.
5-7 years of media analytics experience related to digital media strategy, user behavior and engagement
Deep knowledge of metrics and performance that spans digital, broadcast, linear, data and emerging platforms
Experience managing projects leveraging applied statistics, machine learning, and neural networks
Proficient in Google Analytics, YouTube analytics, Sprinklr, social business manager tools, social listening and audience measurement
